"I came in for my usual oil change when I found that the ownership had changed (it had been a while; I’m irresponsible). The gentleman in conversation said they were trying to start doing more than just oil changes. They changed my oil that day and made me an appointment to look at my breaks because they had been making noise. They tried to do the least expensive option possible and explained everything to me. I’m glad they are there! I had been loyal to the previous owner since I had moved to Richmond so I’m glad more good people have moved into the space."
